1 Granatapfel
1 Bund Petersilie
50 g Mandeln
3 EL Olivenöl
1 Zitrone (Saft)
1 TL Kreuzkümmel
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Blumenkohlröschen in Salzwasser garen (8 Minuten), abkühlen lassen.
Mandeln rösten und hacken.
Granatapfelkerne herauslösen, Petersilie hacken.
Alles in Schüssel geben, mit Öl, Zitronensaft, Kreuzkümmel, Salz und Pfeffer mischen.
