Zutaten (2 Personen):
100 g Hirse
2 Tomaten
1 Gurke
1 Bund Petersilie
1 Bund Minze (optional)
2 EL Olivenöl
1 Zitrone (Saft)
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Hirse nach Packungsanleitung garen, etwas abkühlen lassen.
Tomaten und Gurke würfeln, Petersilie und Minze fein hacken.
Alles mit der Hirse vermischen. Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben.
Gut durchziehen lassen und servieren.
👉 Tipp: Besonders erfrischend als Beilage zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Fisch.
