Zutaten:
4 Äpfel
100 g Cranberries (frisch oder TK)
100 g Zucker
100 g Mehl
80 g Butter
50 g Haferflocken
1 TL Zimt
Zubereitung:
Äpfel würfeln, mit Cranberries und etwas Zucker in eine Form geben.
Mehl, Butter, Zucker, Haferflocken und Zimt zu Streuseln verkneten.
Auf die Früchte streuen, bei 180 °C ca. 30 Min. backen.
Warm mit Vanilleeis servieren.
