Zutaten (ca. 30 Stück):
3 Eiweiß
250 g Puderzucker
1 TL Zimt
300 g gemahlene Mandeln
1 TL Zitronensaft
Zubereitung:
Eiweiß steif schlagen, Puderzucker langsam einrieseln lassen.
3 EL der Masse für die Glasur beiseitestellen.
Zimt, Zitronensaft und Mandeln unterheben, Teig kühl stellen.
Zwischen Folie 1 cm dick ausrollen, Sterne ausstechen.
Mit der restlichen Eiweißglasur bestreichen.
Bei 140 °C Umluft ca. 12–15 Minuten backen (sollen hell bleiben).
👉 Tipp: Glasur bleibt schön weiß, wenn du die Sterne auf mittlerer Schiene backst.
