Zitronenplätzchen mit Zuckerguss

Zutaten (ca. 40 Stück):
250 g Mehl
100 g Zucker
150 g Butter
1 Ei
Abrieb einer Zitrone
1 Prise Salz
Für den Guss:
100 g Puderzucker
2 EL Zitronensaft
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten rasch zu einem Teig verkneten, 30 Minuten kühlen.
Teig ausrollen, Formen ausstechen.
Bei 180 °C ca. 10 Minuten backen.
Auskühlen lassen, mit Zitronenguss bestreichen.
👉 Tipp: Wer es bunter mag, kann sie mit gehackten Pistazien bestreuen.
