Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
2 reife Avocados
3 EL Kakaopulver
2 EL Ahornsirup oder Honig
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
2–3 EL pflanzliche Milch
Zubereitung:
Avocados halbieren, Fruchtfleisch herauslösen.
Mit Kakao, Ahornsirup, Vanille und Milch im Mixer cremig pürieren.
In Gläser füllen und 1 Stunde kühlen.
👉 Tipp: Mit frischen Beeren oder Kokosraspeln garnieren.
