Blumenkohl-Gratin mit Schinken

Zutaten (4 Portionen):

  • 1 Blumenkohl

  • 150 g gekochter Schinken

  • 200 ml Sahne

  • 100 ml Milch

  • 100 g Käse

  • Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat

Zubereitung:

  1. Blumenkohlröschen 5 Minuten in Salzwasser vorkochen.

  2. Schinken in Würfel schneiden.

  3. Alles in Auflaufform geben, mit Milch-Sahne-Mischung übergießen.

  4. Käse darüberstreuen.

  5. Bei 200 °C ca. 25 Minuten backen.
