Kürbis-Gnocchi-Auflauf mit Spinat

Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
500 g frische Gnocchi
400 g Hokkaido-Kürbis
200 g frischer Spinat
150 g Crème fraîche
100 g geriebener Mozzarella
1 Zwiebel
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Kürbis würfeln, 10 Min. in wenig Wasser vorgaren.
Zwiebel würfeln, in Öl anschwitzen, Spinat dazugeben, kurz zusammenfallen lassen.
Gnocchi, Kürbis, Spinat und Crème fraîche mischen, würzen.
In eine Auflaufform geben, mit Käse bestreuen, 20 Min. bei 180 °C überbacken.
