Gebratene Putenstreifen mit Linsensalat

Zutaten (2 Personen):

  • 250 g Putenbrust

  • 120 g rote Linsen

  • 1 Paprika

  • 1 Karotte

  • ½ rote Zwiebel

  • 1 EL Olivenöl

  • 1 Zitrone (Saft)

  • 1 TL Kreuzkümmel (optional)

  • Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

  1. Linsen nach Packungsanleitung ca. 10–12 Min. in Salzwasser kochen (sie sollen bissfest bleiben), dann abgießen.

  2. Paprika, Karotte und Zwiebel klein würfeln, mit den Linsen mischen. Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und Kreuzkümmel dazugeben.

  3. Putenbrust in Streifen schneiden, in einer Pfanne mit wenig Öl ca. 6–7 Min. goldbraun braten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

  4. Fleisch auf dem Linsensalat anrichten.


👉 Tipp: Der Salat schmeckt auch kalt sehr gut – perfekt zum Mitnehmen.
