Zutaten (4 Portionen):
1 Blumenkohl
1 Zwiebel
1 Kartoffel
750 ml Gemüsebrühe
200 ml Sahne
2 EL Butter
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Zwiebel würfeln, Kartoffel schälen und klein schneiden.
In Butter anschwitzen. Blumenkohlröschen hinzufügen.
Mit Brühe aufgießen und ca. 20 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Alles fein pürieren, Sahne einrühren.
Mit Salz, Pfeffer und frisch geriebener Muskatnuss abschmecken.→ Optional mit gerösteten Mandelblättchen oder Croûtons servieren.
