Zutaten (4 Pers.):
800 g Fischfilets (z. B. Seeteufel, Dorade)
300 g Muscheln oder Garnelen
2 Tomaten, 1 Fenchelknolle, 1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 l Fischfond
Safranfäden
Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian
Zubereitung:
Zwiebel, Fenchel und Knoblauch in Olivenöl anschwitzen. Tomaten und Fischfond zugeben, mit Safran und Kräutern würzen. Fischstücke und Meeresfrüchte kurz gar ziehen lassen.
