Festlicher Rinderbraten in Rotweinsauce

Zutaten:
1,5 kg Rinderbraten
2 Zwiebeln, 2 Möhren, 1 Sellerie
2 EL Tomatenmark
500 ml Rotwein
500 ml Rinderfond
2 Lorbeerblätter, Thymian, Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Fleisch rundherum anbraten.
Gemüse würfeln, mit Tomatenmark anrösten, mit Rotwein ablöschen.
Braten zurücklegen, Fond und Gewürze zugeben.
Zugedeckt 2,5 Stunden bei 160 °C schmoren lassen.
Sauce passieren, evtl. abbinden und zum Fleisch reichen.
