Gegrilltes Lammfilet mit Ratatouille-Gemüse

Zutaten (2 Personen):
2 kleine Lammfilets (je ca. 150 g)
1 Zucchini
1 Aubergine
1 Paprika
2 Tomaten
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
2 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Rosmarin oder Thymian
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Gemüse klein schneiden, Knoblauch und Zwiebel hacken. Alles mit Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und Kräutern in einer Pfanne 10–15 Min. schmoren lassen.
Lammfilets salzen, pfeffern und in einer Grillpfanne mit etwas Öl je Seite 2–3 Min. braten (innen noch rosa).
Fleisch kurz ruhen lassen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Mit dem Ratatouille servieren.
👉 Tipp: Ein Klecks Joghurt oder Tsatsiki passt hervorragend dazu.
