Französische Apfeltarte

Zutaten (für eine Tarteform Ø 28 cm):

  • 250 g Mehl

  • 125 g Butter

  • 75 g Zucker

  • 1 Ei

  • 1 Prise Salz

Für die Füllung:

  • 4–5 Äpfel

  • 50 g Zucker

  • 1 TL Zimt

  • 100 ml Apfelmus

  • 2 EL Aprikosenmarmelade

Zubereitung:

  1. Mürbeteig aus Mehl, Butter, Zucker, Ei und Salz herstellen, 30 Minuten kaltstellen.

  2. Teig ausrollen und in die gefettete Tarteform legen.

  3. Apfelmus auf dem Teig verstreichen.

  4. Äpfel schälen, entkernen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Fächerartig auf dem Apfelmus anordnen.

  5. Mit Zucker und Zimt bestreuen.

  6. Bei 190 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) ca. 35–40 Minuten backen.

  7. Nach dem Backen mit erwärmter Aprikosenmarmelade bestreichen, dadurch glänzt die Tarte und bleibt saftig.
