Zutaten:
4 bunte Paprika
250 g Hackfleisch (oder vegetarische Alternative)
100 g Reis
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Dose stückige Tomaten
Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika
Zubereitung:
Reis vorkochen.
Paprika oben aufschneiden, entkernen und Gesichter hineinschneiden (wie kleine Kürbisse).
Hackfleisch mit Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Reis anbraten, Tomaten dazugeben und würzen.
Mischung in die Paprika füllen.
Im Ofen bei 180 °C ca. 25 Min. backen.
