Zutaten:
1 Packung Blätterteig
8 Wiener Würstchen
1 Eigelb
Ketchup oder Senf
Zuckeraugen (oder Senf-Tupfen)
Zubereitung:
Blätterteig in ca. 1 cm breite Streifen schneiden.
Würstchen spiralförmig mit den Teigstreifen umwickeln, dabei oben Platz für das „Gesicht“ lassen.
Mit Eigelb bestreichen und bei 200 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) ca. 15 Min. goldbraun backen.
Nach dem Abkühlen kleine Augen aus Senf oder Zuckeraugen aufsetzen.
