Gefüllter Hokkaido-Kürbis mit Hackfleisch

Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
2 kleine Hokkaido-Kürbisse (je ca. 800 g)
400 g Rinderhackfleisch
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Paprika
150 g Feta
2 EL Tomatenmark
150 ml Gemüsebrühe
2 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Kreuzkümmel
1 TL Paprikapulver, edelsüß
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Kürbisse halbieren, Kerne entfernen, Fruchtfleisch mit einem Löffel leicht aushöhlen (ca. 1 cm Rand stehen lassen).
Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Paprika würfeln.
Hackfleisch im Öl anbraten, dann Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Paprika dazugeben. Mit Tomatenmark, Kreuzkümmel und Paprikapulver würzen. Mit Brühe ablöschen.
Feta in Würfel schneiden und unter die Masse heben.
Kürbishälften mit der Hackmischung füllen, in eine Auflaufform setzen, etwas Wasser/Brühe angießen.
Bei 180 °C (Umluft) ca. 40–45 Minuten backen, bis der Kürbis weich ist.
