Mediterraner Hähnchensalat mit Oliven, Gurke & Feta

Zutaten (2 Personen):
2 Hähnchenbrustfilets (je ca. 150 g)
1 Gurke
2 Tomaten
½ rote Zwiebel
50 g schwarze Oliven
80 g Feta-Käse
2 EL Olivenöl
½ Zitrone (Saft)
Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano
Zubereitung:
Hähnchenbrust grillen oder in der Pfanne braten (je ca. 6–7 Min. pro Seite). Etwas abkühlen lassen und in Streifen schneiden.
Gurke, Tomaten und Zwiebel würfeln, Oliven halbieren.
Alles in einer Schüssel mit Feta, Olivenöl, Zitronensaft und Oregano mischen.
Hähnchenstreifen darübergeben und servieren.
👉 Tipp: Schmeckt auch kalt sehr gut als Meal-Prep-Salat.
