Zutaten (4 Pers.):
2 Auberginen
400 g Hackfleisch (Lamm oder Rind)
1 Zwiebel, Knoblauch
400 g passierte Tomaten
50 g geriebener Käse
40 g Butter, 40 g Mehl, 400 ml Milch (für Béchamelsauce)
Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zimt
Zubereitung:
Auberginen in Scheiben schneiden, anbraten. Hackfleisch mit Zwiebeln und Knoblauch anrösten, Tomaten und Gewürze zufügen. In eine Auflaufform Auberginen und Hack schichten. Béchamelsauce zubereiten, darübergießen, mit Käse bestreuen und im Ofen (180 °C, ca. 40 Min.) backen.
