Zutaten (4 Pers.):

  • 400 g Rundkornreis

  • 600 g Huhn (in Stücken)

  • 200 g grüne Bohnen

  • 150 g Tomaten (gerieben oder gehackt)

  • 1 kleine Zwiebel

  • 1 Knoblauchzehe

  • 1 l Hühnerbrühe

  • 1 TL Paprikapulver

  • Safranfäden oder Kurkuma

  • Olivenöl, Salz



Zubereitung:

Huhn in Olivenöl anbraten. Gemüse, Knoblauch und Tomaten zufügen, kurz schmoren. Paprika und Safran einrühren. Reis untermischen, dann Brühe angießen. Alles bei mittlerer Hitze garen lassen, bis die Flüssigkeit aufgesogen ist.
