Zutaten (für 1 Blech):Teig:
300 g Mehl
130 g Zucker
130 g Butter
2 Eier
1 TL Backpulver
Belag:
200 g Butter
200 g Zucker
3 EL Wasser
200 g gehackte Haselnüsse
200 g gemahlene Haselnüsse
5 EL Aprikosenmarmelade
Schokoladenglasur
Zubereitung:
Teigzutaten verkneten, auf ein Blech ausrollen.
Marmelade daraufstreichen.
Butter, Zucker und Wasser aufkochen, Nüsse einrühren, abkühlen lassen.
Nussmasse auf dem Teig verteilen.
Bei 180 °C ca. 20 Minuten backen.
In Dreiecke schneiden und Ecken in Schokolade tauchen.
👉 Tipp: Hält sich wochenlang in einer Dose.
