Zutaten:
1 kg Rehschulter oder Rehkeule, gewürfelt
2 Zwiebeln, 2 Möhren
200 g Champignons
500 ml Wildfond
250 ml Rotwein
1 EL Preiselbeeren
Salz, Pfeffer, Wacholder, Lorbeer
Zubereitung:
Fleisch anbraten, herausnehmen.
Gemüse anrösten, mit Rotwein ablöschen.
Fleisch, Fond und Gewürze zugeben, ca. 90 Min. schmoren.
Champignons in Scheiben mitgaren.
Mit Preiselbeeren verfeinern.
