Zutaten:

  • 1 kg Rehschulter oder Rehkeule, gewürfelt

  • 2 Zwiebeln, 2 Möhren

  • 200 g Champignons

  • 500 ml Wildfond

  • 250 ml Rotwein

  • 1 EL Preiselbeeren

  • Salz, Pfeffer, Wacholder, Lorbeer

Zubereitung:

  1. Fleisch anbraten, herausnehmen.

  2. Gemüse anrösten, mit Rotwein ablöschen.

  3. Fleisch, Fond und Gewürze zugeben, ca. 90 Min. schmoren.

  4. Champignons in Scheiben mitgaren.

  5. Mit Preiselbeeren verfeinern.
