Zutaten (2–3 Pers.):
1 Zwiebel, 1 Paprika
2 Knoblauchzehen
400 g gehackte Tomaten
4 Eier
1 TL Kreuzkümmel, 1 TL Paprikapulver
Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer
Frische Petersilie
Zubereitung:
Zwiebel, Paprika und Knoblauch in Olivenöl anbraten. Tomaten und Gewürze hinzufügen, köcheln lassen. Mulden in die Sauce drücken, Eier hineingeben und stocken lassen. Mit Petersilie bestreuen.
