Thunfischsteak mit Brokkoli & Süßkartoffel-Püree

Zutaten (2 Personen):
2 Thunfischsteaks (je ca. 180 g, frisch oder TK)
300 g Brokkoli
2 Süßkartoffeln (ca. 400 g)
1 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Butter oder Kokosöl (für Püree)
Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft
Zubereitung:
Süßkartoffeln schälen, in Stücke schneiden und in Salzwasser ca. 15–20 Min. weich kochen. Abgießen, mit Butter zerdrücken, salzen und pfeffern.
Brokkoli in Röschen teilen, 5 Min. dämpfen oder in wenig Wasser garen. Mit Salz und Zitronensaft würzen.
Thunfischsteaks mit Öl einreiben, salzen und pfeffern. In einer sehr heißen Pfanne von jeder Seite 2–3 Min. braten (innen noch rosa).
Zusammen mit Püree und Brokkoli servieren.
👉 Tipp: Wer es asiatisch mag, kann den Thunfisch mit Sesamkruste braten.
