Warmer Bratapfel mit Raffaello-Füllung

Zutaten (für 4 Stück):
4 große Äpfel (z. B. Boskop)
8 Raffaello
2 EL gehackte Mandeln
1 EL Rosinen (optional)
2 EL Honig
50 g Butter
Vanillesauce oder Eis zum Servieren
Zubereitung:
Äpfel entkernen, dabei ein großes Loch lassen.
Raffaello grob zerdrücken und mit Mandeln, Rosinen und Honig vermengen.
Die Mischung in die Äpfel füllen und je einen Raffaello oben hineindrücken.
Äpfel in eine gefettete Auflaufform setzen, mit Butterflöckchen belegen.
Bei 180 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) ca. 25 Minuten backen.
Mit Vanillesauce oder einer Kugel Vanilleeis servieren.
