Zutaten:
1 Ente (ca. 2,5 kg)
Salz, Pfeffer, Beifuß
2 Orangen
300 ml Geflügelfond
100 ml Orangensaft
2 EL Honig
Zubereitung:
Ente innen und außen würzen, bei 180 °C ca. 2 Stunden braten.
Bratensaft auffangen, mit Fond, Orangensaft und Honig aufkochen.
Sauce einkochen lassen, abschmecken.
Mit Rotkohl und Semmelknödeln servieren.
