Brokkoli-Salat mit Granatapfel und Nüssen

Zutaten (für 4 Personen):
300 g Brokkoli (roh oder blanchiert)
½ Granatapfel
50 g Walnüsse oder Mandeln
1 kleine rote Zwiebel
100 g Joghurt
2 EL Mayonnaise
1 TL Honig
1 TL Zitronensaft
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Brokkoli in sehr kleine Röschen teilen, roh lassen oder kurz blanchieren.
Granatapfelkerne auslösen, Nüsse grob hacken.
Zwiebel in feine Würfel schneiden.
Aus Joghurt, Mayonnaise, Honig, Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer ein Dressing anrühren.
Alles in einer Schüssel mischen, vor dem Servieren ca. 30 Minuten ziehen lassen.
