Gegrillte Garnelen mit Avocado-Tomaten-Salat

Zutaten (2 Personen):
300 g Garnelen (geschält)
1 EL Olivenöl
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Avocado
2 Tomaten
½ rote Zwiebel
½ Zitrone (Saft)
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Garnelen mit Öl, Knoblauch, Salz und Pfeffer marinieren. In einer Grillpfanne oder auf dem Grill 2–3 Min. pro Seite braten.
Avocado und Tomaten würfeln, Zwiebel fein hacken. Mit Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer vermischen.
Garnelen auf dem Avocado-Tomaten-Salat anrichten.
👉 Tipp: Mit etwas frischem Koriander oder Petersilie schmeckt es noch aromatischer.
