Kürbis-Lasagne mit Hackfleisch

Zutaten (für 6 Portionen):
500 g Rinderhackfleisch
600 g Kürbis (Butternut oder Hokkaido), in dünne Scheiben geschnitten
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
400 g stückige Tomaten (Dose)
200 g Ricotta
150 g geriebener Mozzarella
100 g Parmesan
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano
Zubereitung:
Hackfleisch im Öl krümelig anbraten. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken, zufügen.
Tomaten und Oregano hinzufügen, ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
In eine Auflaufform schichten: Kürbisscheiben, Hacksoße, Ricotta. Wiederholen.
Mit Mozzarella und Parmesan bestreuen.
Bei 180 °C Umluft ca. 40 Minuten backen, bis der Kürbis weich ist.
